When do applications get deleted or archived?

In Access Recruit, applications move through an automatic process of archiving and deletion, based on the Data Cleanse settings you apply.

By default, applications are archived after 400 days and deleted after 1850 days. To adjust these settings, if necessary, raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

Note: The minimum retention period before archiving is 366 days to meet audit requirements. There is no maximum limit, but we strongly recommend aligning with GDPR guidelines on data retention.

To comply with GDPR, we only retain data for as long as necessary. After archiving, some candidate information remains viewable, however, you can no longer access detailed records and attached files. Once deleted, all data is permanently removed and you can't recover it.
