Become a Supervisor on the customer success portal

How can I become a supervisor on the Support Portal in order to see all the company cases?

While support is not able to grant Supervisor access directly, this can be requested from our Access Customer Portal team by completing the required form.

Once this form has been submitted, our Access Customer Portal team will either apply the permissions or contact you within 48 hours.
