Export definitions determine which fields appear when you export a search. You can set export definitions at the time of creating a search or create them in advance.
To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Search then click Export Definitions.
Click +New then enter a title and description.
Select the Save Export Definition check box.
From the Export type drop-down menu, select the relevant type.
From the Export format drop-down menu, select the relevant format.
Click Create Export definition.
