Candidates aren't receiving emails from Access Recruit on Apple devices

Understand why candidates using Apple devices may not receive emails from Access Recruit and how Apple’s email privacy settings affect message delivery.

If candidates aren't receiving emails from Access Recruit, or are receiving emails from addresses ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com, this is because their Apple device has anonymised their email address.

This is a setting within their device that they've enabled. In this instance, to ensure candidates receive the relevant communications, we recommend you send any notifications outside of Access Recruit.
