If you use Microsoft Teams within your organisation, you can schedule interviews in Microsoft Teams via Access Recruit. When you enable this, the email communications that the candidate and interviewers receive contain a URL link to join the meeting.
Note: We recommend your IT team enable the integration, as the majority of the configuration is in Microsoft Azure. Whilst we can assist with Microsoft configuration where possible, our support is limited to the Access Recruit software. For further support, please contact your account manager or customer success manager.
To set up the integration you need:
Administrator permissions in Microsoft 365.
Super User permissions in Access Recruit.
Once you've got this, follow the steps in each section below.

Any meetings you've already sent can't be changed. If you need to reschedule or delete the appointment, you need to cancel the meeting directly in Microsoft Teams.
To automatically add calendar entries in Microsoft Teams, interviewers need to be in the Microsoft 365 organisation. Interviewers in other organisations may still be able to, however, they'll receive a link via email regardless.
