Create a new export definition

Customise fields for a search result export.

Export definitions determine which fields appear when you export a search. You can set export definitions at the time of creating a search or create them in advance. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Search then click Export Definitions.

  2. Click +New then enter a title and description.

  3. Select the Save Export Definition check box.

  4. From the Export type drop-down menu, select the relevant type.

  5. From the Export format drop-down menu, select the relevant format.

  6. Click Create Export definition.
