Include diversity figures in an export definition

Export details around equality and diversity.

If you need to report on equality and diversity in Access Recruit, you can either do this via a report or via a data export.

Run a report

  1. Click Reports then click Survey.

  2. From the Report type drop-down menu, select Diversity.

  3. Select all other relevant options then click Refresh.

Run a data export

  1. Click Search then click Export Definitions.

  2. Click +New then enter a name.

  3. From the Export type drop-down menu, select Applicant Search.

  4. From the System drop-down menu on the right, select Questionnaire Search Key.

  5. For the relevant options that appear, click the Add icon.
