Report on applications in a specific time period

How to see how many applications you've received in a specified time period.

You can report on applications in a specific time period quickly and easily in Access Recruit. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Reports then click Applications.

  2. Click Application reporting.

  3. From the Report type drop-down menu, select Submitted Applications.

  4. From the Report sub type drop-down menu, select Submitted Application Summary.

  5. From the Date type drop-down menu, select Custom Dates.

  6. Select the relevant Valid From and Valid To dates.

  7. Click Refresh then click the three-line menu.

  8. Click Print chart or select the relevant download option.
