In Access Recruit, to allow users to work on behalf of others, for example, in case of absence, you can create delegation groups. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Config then click User Groups.
Click +New then enter a name for the group.
From the Group type drop-down menu, select Delegation.
From the Configuration scope drop-down menu, select the relevant option.
Select the relevant user and group options.
Click Create User group.
