In Access Recruit, there are several reasons for withdrawn applications. This article explains each of the reasons.

Expired anonymous

This is where a candidate who hasn't registered in the portal leaves the application process by closing down the web page.

Expired

This is where a candidate has registered and activated their account but hasn't submitted the application. This could also be a candidate who previously applied and then started a new application without submitting it.

Cancelled duplicate

This is where a candidate has tried to apply for the same position twice and wasn't logged in. When they logged in, Access Recruit recognised the application was a duplicate and cancelled it.

Abandoned

This is where a candidate clicked Exit Application and was asked to complete an exit early questionnaire.

Withdrawn not activated

This is where a candidate has registered but hasn't activated their account and later clicked Withdraw.

Expired not activated

This is where a candidate has registered and submitted their application but hasn't activated their account, and the application eventually expires.
