To link third party recruitment sites as a source of application, you can use the ISW keyword for reporting.
📌Note: You need to be a Super User to do this.
Click Config then click ISW Keywords.
Click +New then enter the relevant details.
Click Create Isw keyword.
Once you've done this, the new keyword shows in the relevant listings.
