Logging in immediately goes back to login screen

Fix an issue where signing in returns you to the login screen instead of loading Access Recruit.

This issue is usually caused by cookies or cached data in Microsoft Edge, or by cookies being blocked. You can confirm this by logging in using a different browser, such as Google Chrome.

Clear cookies and cache in Microsoft Edge

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge, click the three dots.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Privacy, then search and services.

  4. Click Choose what to clear.

  5. Select All time from the time range list.

  6. Ensure Cookies and other site data is selected.

  7. Click Clear data.

  8. Close and reopen Microsoft Edge.

  9. Log in again.


Allow cookies in Microsoft Edge

If the issue continues, check your cookie settings:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge, click the three dots.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Privacy, then search and services.

  4. Click Cookies and other site data.

  5. Select Allow all cookies.

  6. Close and reopen Microsoft Edge.

  7. Log in again.

If you are unsure whether the issue is browser‑related, try logging in using a different browser, such as Google Chrome. If this works, the issue is specific to your Edge settings.
