If the export option shows a loading wheel or the page becomes unresponsive, this is usually resolved by restarting your browser and retrying the export.
You may notice the following when exporting search results:
The export menu displays a loading wheel and does not load.
The page becomes unresponsive or freezes.
Re-open the website
To resolve this issue, follow these steps.
Close your web browser, open a new browser window.
Sign in to Access Recruit.
Run your search again.
Click Export results.
You should now be able to export your data successfully.
If the export menu still does not load after restarting your browser, contact support for further assistance.
