If you own a position but cannot see its applications, this is usually related to application ownership permissions rather than position ownership.
Why you cannot see applications
With a user access role of Hiring Manager or lower:
Applications are only visible to the application owner.
You can be the owner of a position, but not the owner of its applications.
If you are not assigned as the application owner, you will not be able to view the applications.
In this situation, you can only access applications if the application owner has granted you delegation access.
Identify the application owner
Follow these steps to check who is set as the application owner.
Search for the position, open the internal position name.
Click Edit.
Expand the Ownership tab.
This shows the current application owner for the position.
📌 Note: Being the position owner does not automatically grant access to applications. Application ownership must be assigned separately or accessed through delegation.
