Candidates don't receive emails

Candidates aren't receiving emial confirmation when they submit a job application.

If candidates aren't receiving emails when they submit a job application, this can be due to security settings in their email accounts.

We recommend your IT department add the following to the SFP record for the domain you use to generate emails:

  • ip4:31.221.91.141

  • ip4:212.54.136.59

  • ip4:31.221.72.237

We also recommend your IT department check their security policies, to ensure they aren't blocking emails.

If certain email services don't receive emails, please raise a new case online including:

  • The title of this article.

  • The candidate's full name.

  • The candidate's email address.
