If you're unable to search for positions by location or you get the error No results returned, you first need to check the worksite on which the position is based. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Positions then click Search.
Search for then click the relevant position.
Click the Details tab then note the worksite.
From the left-hand menu, click Config.
Click Worksites then search for the worksite you noted.
If the Geocoded column shows N/A or error, click the Edit
icon.
Under Postal Address, ensure the postcode is correct.
Under Physical Location, if Geocoder is set to Google, change it to Pca or vice versa.
Click Update Worksite.
If this still doesn't generate a pin on the map, follow the steps below.
Set Geocoder to None then open Google Maps.
Search for the location then right-click the red pin.
Select What's here then click the coordinates that appear.
Copy the latitude and longitude into Access Recruit.
Click Update Worksite.
