When the application owner for a position changes, the existing active applications for that position don't automatically reassign. To reassign them, follow the steps below.
Click Positions then click Openings.
Click All then click the relevant position.
Click the Applications tab then, under Summary, click the relevant option.
Under Applications, select the relevant applications.
Click the Reassign
icon.
From the New owner drop-down menu, select the new owner then click OK.
