Reset an agency consultant's password

An agency consultant is unable to log in and they are not receiving their password reset link

If an agency consultant has been in contact with you and informed you that they are unable to log into their account nor are they receiving their password reset email, you can reset their password on their behalf.

Simply go to

  • Sourcing

  • Suppliers

  • Select the relevant candidate supplier

  • Select the Consultants tab

  • select the edit tab

  • Enter a new password

  • Update the user
