Account is locked out

A user account is locked out.

If you enter your login credentials incorrectly more than five times, your account will be locked for security reasons.

Identify a locked account

To check if an account is locked, follow these steps.

  1. Click Config, then select User Admin. You must have the Super User role.

  2. Locate the affected user account.

  3. Check the account status. If the account is highlighted in red, it is locked.


Unlock an account

To unlock the account, follow these steps.

  1. Click the user’s Login name.

    📌 Note: Selecting Edit will not display the unlock option.

  2. In the Account Maintenance section, click Unlock Account.


Further action

If you are still unable to log in after unlocking the account, a password reset may be required.
