Update an existing user’s permissions in Access Recruit when their access level needs to change. Super user access is required to complete this task. Without this access, permission settings cannot be viewed or updated.
Amend user permissions
Click Config, then click User Admin.
Locate the user account to be updated.
Click Edit.
Select the required permissions.
Click Save.
Changes take effect immediately.
Delegation considerations
If delegation is set to a user who is not a super user, these steps cannot be completed.
To resolve this:
Change the delegation back to yourself, or
Assign delegation to another super user
Once delegation has been corrected, user permissions can be updated.
