Set up and sponsor jobs on Indeed directly from Access Recruit, including billing requirements and how sponsorship works.
Indeed sponsored jobs allow you to promote vacancies on Indeed to increase visibility and reach more candidates. Before sponsoring a job, you must ensure Indeed is set up correctly and billing is in place.
Set up Indeed sponsored jobs
Before you can sponsor jobs, you must set up Indeed Sponsored Jobs as a job board (candidate supplier) in Access Recruit.
Use the email address associated with your Indeed account for billing.
To complete this setup, you need to set up and use a new job board or supplier.
Billing for sponsoring jobs
Billing is managed directly through your Indeed account. What happens next depends on whether billing is already set up.
If you already have an Indeed account
If your Indeed account:
Matches the email address used in Access Recruit
Has a valid credit card on file
You do not need to take any further action.
When you sponsor a job:
The campaign goes live within a few hours.
You can review campaign details in your Indeed dashboard.
If you do not have an Indeed account or billing set up
If you:
Do not have an Indeed account, or
Do not have a valid credit card on file
Then:
You receive a one‑time setup email from Indeed after sponsoring a job.
Follow the instructions in that email to complete setup.
If you do not receive the email or are unsure what to do, visit: Access Indeed billing
