Indeed integration

An overview of Indeed integration and the configuration options available.

Indeed integration allows vacancies published on your external careers portal to be automatically shared with Indeed, helping you reach a wider audience without posting jobs manually.

How the Indeed integration works

Indeed integration is enabled by default, with Indeed Apply turned on.

  • Vacancies published on your external careers portal are automatically shared with Indeed.

  • Indeed retrieves vacancy data and publishes roles on the Indeed platform.

XML feed

The XML feed contains all the information required for the integration and is updated automatically in the background on a regular cycle.

You can view your organisation’s feed by replacing companyname in the following URL with your own:

https://isw.changeworknow.co.uk/companyname/vms/apis/external_feed/indeed_xml.xml

Disable Indeed Apply

You may want candidates to apply directly through your careers portal instead of using Indeed’s application form.

When Indeed Apply is disabled, all jobs on Indeed redirect candidates to the vacancy page on your careers portal.

To disable Indeed Apply, you must raise a request with support.

Disable the Indeed integration

If you no longer want vacancies to be automatically published to Indeed, the full integration can be disabled.

To disable the Indeed integration completely, contact support and request this change.
