An application isn't appearing on the ATS

Identify why an application is not visible in the ATS/

When a candidate submits an application through the careers portal, the application will only appear in the ATS once the candidate has completed account verification.

If verification has not been completed, the application will not be visible.

Careers portal applications

  1. Ask the candidate to locate the application confirmation email received after applying.

  2. Ask the candidate to click the verification or activation link in the email.

  3. Once verification is complete, the application appears in the ATS.

📌 Note: If the candidate cannot find the email, ask them to check their junk or spam folder.


Indeed Apply applications

Applications submitted using Indeed Apply do not require account verification.

Verification is handled automatically through the integration.

📌 Note: If an Indeed Apply application is missing from the ATS, contact support for further investigation.
