If you need to post vacancies to external job boards or agencies, you can set this up in Access Recruit by creating suppliers and configuring job boards. Once set up, you can distribute roles directly from a position without leaving the system.
Before you start, you need to enable the Analytics module and job board functionality. You also need to add some job boards before you can select them, and social platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn aren’t supported as suppliers.
📌 Note: Only agencies require a user group when you set them up as suppliers.
Add a new supplier or job board
To add a new supplier or job board, follow the steps below.
Click Sourcing, then click Suppliers.
Click New, then, in the Name field, enter a name.
In the Source Type and Sub type fields, select the relevant values.
If it's not populated, in the Analytics Source field, select an option.
For agencies, in the User Group field, select a value.
For job boards, in the Job Board Account details field, enter the relevant details.
Click Create Candidate Supplier.
Post a job to a job board
To post a job to a job board, follow the steps below.
📌 Note: Before you do this, ask your system administrator to enable the job board on the required position template.
Open the position, then click External Posting.
Click New Posting, then, in the Job Board field, select a value.
Complete the required fields, then click Draft or Publish.
Click Create Position Opening.
Post a job to a supplier
To post a job to a supplier, follow the steps below.
Open the position, then click Edit.
Click Publication, then turn on Agency Portal.
Click External Posting, then click New Posting.
In the Supplier field, select a value.
In the Quota field, enter a value.
Click Draft or Publish.
Click Create Position Opening.
📌 Note: To publish the same role to multiple suppliers, repeat these steps.
