If you cannot see certain organisational units in dropdown menus, they are usually not enabled for use in that area of the system.
Templates, worksites, and keywords can be restricted to specific organisational units.
If an organisational unit is not enabled for a related dropdown field, it will not appear as a selectable option.
Make an organisational unit available
To make an organisational unit available, it must be enabled in the relevant configuration area.
To do this, follow these steps as a super user.
Open the relevant configuration area, select the item you want to update.
Locate the organisational unit settings.
Enable the required organisational unit.
Save your changes.
