Criteria required for a position to publish

For a position to publish successfully, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The position status is Open.

  • The Opening date is today’s date or in the past.

  • If set, the Number to fill has not been reached.

  • If set, the Quota has not been reached.

  • The publication’s Publication date is today’s date or in the past.

  • The publication’s Closing date is today’s date or in the future.

📌 Note: If any of these conditions are not met, the publication may not go live. This can affect the publishing status colour shown on the position.
