When a posting is available internally and externally, the internal and external links are different but often look similar. They may look something like:
Internal: company.com/vms/i
External: company.com/vms/e.
If you're an internal user, you can see the internal posting, otherwise, you're redirected to the external position and vice versa. To select whether you're an internal user, follow the steps below.
Log into the portal then click Account.
Click Change user type then click I confirm I am a CURRENT employee.
Click Change User Type.
