If a user is unable to log into Access Recruit via Access Workspace, this is because the email addresses in both systems don't match.
To resolve this, check the email addresses and ensure they're both set the same.
Check Access Recruit
Click Config then click User Admin.
Locate the relevant user then check the E-Mail column.
If the email address in Access Recruit is incorrect, you can change it.
Check Access Workspace
Click the Members
icon then search for the relevant user.
If the email address is incorrect, click the three-dot menu.
Click Change email address then make the necessary changes.
Click Change.
